NetCare overview

There are 2 NetCare modules.

1. Standard

Standard is suitable for Companies with a reasonable amount of on-site IT skills where they will only need additional support from the help-desk from time to time. It includes all nominated server support, LAN attached and remote VPN-connected PCs.

  • Fixed monthly cost paid by monthly Standing Order with no minimum contract
  • Unlimited access to the help-desk Mon-Fri, 08:00 to 18:00
  • No cost for help-desk dial-in provided it is a fault (something that was working and isn't now). Non-fault (e.g. changes, standard administrative tasks, new set-ups) are available on a per minute chargeable basis
  • Regular dial-in health-checks on your server(s) with written report + follow-up actions when there's something significantly adrift
  • Monitoring of your DSL line (bought through IntraLAN)
  • Access to our InterActive web portal to place/review past help-desk calls, health-checks, dial-ins
  • Full management of your Microsoft + anti-virus licenses and hardware warranties (bought through IntraLAN)
  • Inclusion in bulletins and Newsletters
  • Access to your nominated Customer Account Manager
  • Support for BlackBerries and Mobile 6 (optional)

2. ProActive

ProActive is suitable for Customers with little on-site skills who want to pass more of the network management to IntraLAN. So in addition to Standard benefits, the ProActive module adds:

  • Scheduled on-site preventative maintenance visits (reduced cost)
  • Your own nominated account engineer
  • No initial call-out charge
