It goes without saying, these are unprecedented times. It’s not only a worry for our health, but also how our businesses function and thrive day-to-day. We felt it was important to communicate our current situation and assure our clients that there will be no disruption to the services we provide.

We understand the critical role and services IntraLAN provides our clients, as such, we have comprehensive Business Continuity Plans that can be implemented as required to ensure we remain running.

This includes measures to ensure:

  • Service Delivery

The level of service you receive from IntraLAN will not be affected and will continue as you’ve come to expect.

  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

IntraLAN will continue to meet and adhere to all service level agreements without deviation or disruption. In regards to third party solutions, we are beholden to any pressures they apply but will keep you updated with any information we receive so that you can navigate issues as quickly as possible

  • Health Risk Mitigation

During this crisis, our top priority is to ensure our employees and clients are safe and, regardless of location, that they’re able to continue working as normal. We are taking steps to assist our teams in remote working where possible, endeavouring to keep on-premise visits to a minimum and ensuring all our staff adhere to the latest public health guidelines.
