We pride ourselves on ongoing support – every time an issue is raised our clients can rate how we handled the case (1-5). Any ticket rated 2 or below is picked up by a member of the Customer Service team for closer inspection. *We achieved an average customer satisfaction (CSAT) score of 4.76 out of 5 in an independent survey in 2019 (Jan-Dec).
